Your New Role as an Electrician based in Topeka, KS, you’ll handle service calls within a 30-mile radius. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping your work truck clean and organized
- Completing residential electrical safety inspections and reports
- Diagnosing electrical issues and recommending solutions
- Offering clear, customized options to homeowners
- Installing and servicing residential electrical systems
- Using software to price jobs and collect payments
- Staying in communication with the office to ensure the workflow
- Showing up with professionalism, integrity, and a team-first attitude

Job requirements
- Active Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- 1–2+ years of residential electrical experience
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working in construction, electrical, or other physical labor roles required
- This is not an entry-level position; candidates must have field experience beyond classroom or trade school training
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Must pass background check and drug test (drug test occurs after 90 days)
- Must live within 30 minutes of Topeka or be willing to relocate within one year
- Comfortable using mobile devices and apps for work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional communication and attitude
- Willingness to be part of a supportive team
